Wherever possible, we source our raw materials from the region and carefully selected medium-sized suppliers. Even when it comes to meat, we use only top quality, as we process the meat ourselves in our own facilities in Münsterland. This allows us to meet the highest standards – not just in terms of ingredients and nutritional values but also in taste.
